im a purist...and mccafe failed miserably in its attempt to emulate a decent cafe. For the same pricing, you are better off going to secrets recipe. and yes we catch the point the first time round.
i kinda agree... their prices are pretty steep. but i'll stop short of saying "failed miserably" lah. i like their chicken sandwich. cant remember which one. chix pesto i think. or then again i was hungry that day. haha... yesh for better cakes, go secret recipe... the ones i tried at mcafe not very nice.. :(
i see tt u like to review restaurants eh? me so d jealous...u can eat so much and still stay so small :) but tq for introducing d various restaurants, now i noe where to go besides my usual food joint ie fastfood restoran :p
It wasn't that great except the Mango Smoothie. Veru delicious. I tried the Double Chocolate Frappe. Tasteless, seh. The Tuna sandwich was rather bland. It seems they just took out the tuna from the can which was stored in brine and just add it to the sandwiches. No effort in disguising the taste. The Cheese Gourmet Sandwich wasn't that bad, but a little too much herbs. Never try any of the cakes though.
The tuna thingy sux! Hafi u are right! I think they use the tuna directly from those in cans and put it in my sandwich! And I love my Mango smoothie! Yum Yum! And the frappe taste hmm quite hmm yucky.
