ReplyDeleteto me, i thought he was rather confidently objective than condescending. to prove ur point sometimes u have to adopt a firm stance and pose challenge to others, and he did. i can say...he's actually mild compared to some other preachers/scholars.

1. what advanced means? levy-strauss (who studied for many years the aborigens in amazones and africa - take a look to "sad tropics") didn't arrived to a conclusion, but to a quesion: who's the more advanced? the one who's more away from nature?
ReplyDelete2. there is no explanation: any explanation needs an explanation. i don't think that god needs an explanation - it's like expecting got to breath (an what happens when he's bored to breth?)
3. no religion can be spread by sword; you can force someone to obey, but never to believe.

ReplyDeletetis vid...got me questionin actually...so if the conversion rate to Islam is that much, there should be a good amt of people practicin Islam proper right, esp the converts? so is it juz another case of Quantity over Quality or Muslims' bright sparks underexposed/uncelebrated by media? hmmm...
2. The point tis dude is tryin to drive here is u cannot compare God to any being/creation in the universe. that's like sayin a Maker has same qualities/morphology like his creation. eg.How can a fashion designer look or function like fabrics? God doesn't need an explanation but people do.
