Been feelin pretty drained for the past two weeks. Lotsa jugglin to do. Preparation for tests, essay writing, goin thru rehearsals for the students' Flag Dance performance last week(most draining activity) and seein them through the performances tis week.

Yesterday was probably the most tirin day of the month. The day started with Tambourine Dance at 8.30am, then a lil break before the preparation for Flag Dance performance in another school. Thank God the children were not half as naughty and talkative as the ones on Monday otherwise I would probably have lost my voice at the end of the day.

Anyway, it was my second time to help prepare the children before the performance...my duty: do up their hair with glitters and spray. Alaahhh i felt so awkward! First time managing children's hair! God! The only hair i comb is usually mine ...i'm not the type who likes to play with other people's hair, try style 'em n stuff...furthermore i'm really not used to handling hairsprays n glitters. So jakun sia! But heyy, there's always a first-time right? With Mel next to me, i watched, learnt n whacked! Got her to handle the boys who wanted spiky hair style while i dealed with the girls. BLUe. White.Red. Nyyyce...I think i did a pretty good job but the floor was full of glitters. Hish..thank God i wasn't assigned to do make-up! After the children were made up, off to final rehearsals and at 2+ pm, it's time for performance...Can they pull through it? Oh YES they did...am actually more satisfied with the performance yesterday compared to Monday's (which Mel said was a miracle!)

Went home straight after that, thought of finishin up my essay but I was too tired, fell asleep for 2 hours, and off to school i go. Saw Ryn again, almost 7pm already...didn't say much to her, grabbed my Kaya Toasts and off to class. tick tock tick tock...DNA Replication...BREAK! Off to canteen again...again i saw Ryn waitin for her bf, i juz smiled...sorry babe, i didn't manage to hang out with u a lil yesterday. Oh and i got myself a damn BIG YUMMY MANGO!!! OOOoooooooo SHIOK salty sweeeet mango! I think the sugar rush from the mango kept me high till i get home and finished up my essay.

And now I can BREATHE n Juz Sit in front of the PC, listenin to the beautiful lounge/jazz music of Janet Seidel to unwind from all the rush & madness! Ahhhhhhh...But not for long tho, got Genetics Test on Wednesday! Eh but that can wait...I'm lookin forward to X-Men! Wheeee~

Oh btw, today i played with a fire extinguisher! Had a mini fire drill...kinda fun! Haha! Check out the pic of the fire drill...i got some of my colleagues laughin out loud n shakin their heads!
