Pre-birthday & Eid Celebration!
A cuzzin commented that my family looked like a plant! My dad's the pink flower while mum & I are his leaves!! What the...??!! Hahah!!

Overwhelmin Joy on Eid!
Time to feast! Yes, nothin can stop tis lil boy with big appetite, not even the loss of his two front teeth!

    emmm emmm...unfortunately, that congratulations holds only for that day! *sheepish smile*
    i always wear hijab on 1st day of Eid...to hmmm kinda reflect the wholesome goodness of Ramadhan & Eid.
    some people may think it's a hypocrite thingy to don the hijab juz for that one day, but wearin a hijab is pretty symbolic, to me & to permanently wear it, that i still have to find my strength and work on it in future, it's really a mental challenge, i'm not prepared too. but we'll get there, Insya Allah :)

    Nice family pic. You've captured the atmosphere of raya really well. BTW, some Thai Muslims I know also wear hijab only during holy occasions for symbolic reasons. IMHO, there's nothing wrong with that. :)
