Sentimental Photobook

Today Rafeeqah passed to me a belated birthday pressie that was flown in from US, which "transited" in Phillippines and finally found its way to Singapore and into my arms.

"Shutterfly" reads the box and I instantly knew...oooo PHOTOS!! Rafeeqah told me to open it when I got home, cos my mum was around when she passed it to me and so I did (and now I know why! hurhur). It was an A4 sized album with pics i thought but as i flipped it open, my my my....my tears start dwellin as tis was actually a Photo Book of me. It is not entirely all about me, but captured moments that I have spent with my loved ones. It's so beautifully done..the pictures, the carefully thought out captions...I can't help getting all emotional!

To the most giving and loving couple I have ever met, Hafiz & Rafeeqah, no words could describe how touched I am by ur thoughtfulness & gift.

    hey hey.... dun flood leh everyone.... hehe.... thanks for all the kind words... *blush*

    it started out as a wedding research project that we embarked on cos was looking for nice places to do up our own wedding album. i couldn't find any local places that do up coffee table books as easily as shutterfly or other US webbies are offering. since supi's bday was looming (hafiz was the one who reminded me of it) decided it would be a nice gift cos it looks so good online. turns out the real version was even better! hafiz and i took turns to do up the book. heh confession: it was rather addictive! almost like multiplying! haha... my only grouse was that it took ages to reach here!!! tot could unveil it at the garden party. ETA was 21st june. but i got it like last week. as mentioned it transited in the pinoy-land (God-knows-why!?) i dunno how singapore could haf been mistaken as Phillipines... bit the far rite. hehe... but now its safe and sound in the owner's hands and thats all that matters...

    izzy: last page? nice rite? hahaha.... pssst its my fav page toooo. hee.... sungguh-tak-tau-malu!

    oh... by the way... credits go out to all those who contributed pics - the cuzzies, sue and iyuan. and i tink i did ask for permission to grab from multiply - dee and hafi... hope u guys dun mind the pic grabbing. lucky for me most albums allowed hi-res download. hee... surfing thru all your albums as well as mine n hafiz was a real trip down memory lane. we both had fun giggling over the gatherings and bday celebrations long past. cant believe some stuff were like 2-3 years ago! time flies when we're having fun eh... hee... here's to more more gatherings for all!
