  1. Hi dear, i'm sorry to hear about this. But look at the bright side. You've always told us that you were never close to her. Take this chance to get close to her. Be there for her, take care of her, show her and give her the best of love that you can. Don't be afraid to show her that you care, k. I'll pray for her health and I pray that God give you the strength...

  3. doctor said growth. i dunno wat! i assumed cyst or tumour cos i wasn't there by her side when she had her check up..but it's actually polyps and fibroid after i read her surgery & scan observation sheet. all tis growin things make me skeptical lah...u'll never noe, they are benign now, but might be cancerous 10 years down the road?? ish! we're waitin for her diagnosis.

i'm juz hopin for the best. thanx liza & those who PM-ed me for ur concern & well-wishes.

  4. i heard about it too. my aunt got it and had hers removed and such wonder few mths after she got pregnant. Alhamdulilah. could be the reason why she had difficulty conceiving. beware if you experience weird, dreadful pain when having our menses cos it could be signs. my neighbour's daughter had it too. it seems like its a common thing now for us women. and breast cancer... i pray for your mom's speedy recovery, sophie..

  5. My warmest wishes for your mum's quick and full recovery, dear. And I really believe you should relax. I have heard of many cases of polyps, fibroids or cysts that grow big, but -after been removed- do not develop into malignant.

  14. darling, prevention is better than cure... its a good thing that she found out earlier and have it remove... cyst are super unpredictable-growth or no growth,it should be remove, thats a rule of thumb.. i found mine at 16, affected my school, but did the right thing.it was benign fibroid, but u know what they say about dormant volcanoes.. theyare just sleeping, waiting for the right time.... Your mum will be alright...insyallah :)

  15. ain't ponderin no more...
