heehee..yeah influence them to be more street smart, jgn asyik pergi bugis, far east, bugis, far east ;) anyways haji lane's kewl & it's not bloody crowded! good change & eye opener for them
YEAH!! we took many many sneaky pics and went to the now defunct Kaki 5! it's been really long since i last walk along haji lane at nite..hmm Al-Tazza (tis arab food shop..i dunno if i got the name rite) conquer all the lil lanes along the stretch lah now. so many malays melepak there with their sheeshas & God noes what else, stare at us like they still hungry(perhaps mabuk sheesha already). i think that place lost a lil of its charm ah...even pitch black, which is further up the lane, seems to be deconstructed.
yeap i had fun! the kiddos were excited, firstly cos tis would be the first time we hang out together in the evenin and it was also first time that they become "models" cos somehow iyuan joined us, bringin his New dSLR (the very latest gila punye investment!), so apa lagi...hahah!
haji lane...hmm quirky, not so conventional stuff. lotsa local boutique stores sellin vintagey clothes/furnituressuch as dulcetfig, pluck, lola, salad...also a lil bridal couture, there's now a lil bar/pub and a couple of cafes servin arabic food and sheeshas. whether u come day or nite, it is lovely and it's a lane with character!
