Pure Indulgence Seekers!

well, tis album is a lousy documentation of the day since there are no pics of us in action but it's one album full of GLOWING ladies! we were savourin every moment of our Heavenly Bliss right in....Batam(of all places in the world ey?!)

hah! well it's the first time ever that i have stepped into our neighbouring Indonesian island, known to be the spot for emm..Men's paradise? since i was told by a source that 99.9% of the ladies there are taken by Singapore men. Oh never mind that, we ain't there to check out any seedy affairs but for our very own SELF Pampering (sorry Bat(am)Men, ur women might be taken by Singapore men but u r not part of our agenda!)

Am truly truly satisfied with the massages & hair services of Christopher Salon at tis mall called Nagoya Hills. I spent only SG$24 on traditional body massage for a good 90 min session, a hair spa & treatment(more like head massage)! Woooot..where oh where in Singapore can we get such a holistic therapy for that kinda price ey?? even with my 2-way ferry fare of SG$41 + $7 tax, the EXCELLENT services there are wayy cheaper plus i got to get out of Singapore (juz for a day! heh)! i came & went back with a big smile plastered on my face!

Anyways, from yesterday's experience, we learnt that we have to BOOK ferry tickets in advance & go there either bloody early in the morning for a daytrip or we'll need an overnight stay in order to make time for SHOPPING!!

My life's ABUZZ!

perhaps that's pretty much why i haven't been postin a written entry of late. Lil lil happenings around me have such profound effects that perhaps only I realise, and only to Him i could bow & give my praise & many thanks.

lil lil things are conjurin and these make me reflect on life a year ago. 2 days ago last year, i submitted my resignation letter to ORI, with the heaviest feeling in my heart. A year ago, life was so trying that all that i could do was to hide in my own shell, away from the buzz of the world...but here i am today, feelin the warmth of His light shinin gloriously upon me...and i know my prayers were not left unheard. I missed reachin out to my loved ones, i gave up things i loved and i was lost, truly lost & dazed that my only salvation to make it through each passing day was my Lord, in prayers & tears. till that Garden Party on my 26th birthday, i could not find a reason to smile AND shine.

but here i am now, relishin & makin every moment worth...it's beautiful how the All Loving arrange our lives to be. i believe it's never a "divine conspiracy", as how Sitz puts it (i like that term,cuzzin) but they are His lil tests to make me grow...they got me all confused & helpless yet at the same time, they take me to somewhere new to explore...excitin! Masya Allah Masya Allah!

While i shine on now, i shall always remember the gloomy days...it's not that God has turned His back on me then, He was guidin me to a better time ahead! And here i am...SHININ ON!

Thank u Lord for Your Grace & Thank u my Loved Ones, for helpin me to keep my chin up in the dark times & bringin back the sun! i am truly truly humbled...

Confessions

Am no longer an ardent fan i realised, when i do not even know what jersey number or who are the 1st eleven of the Best Squad in England & Europe tis season & i prefer communicatin with my loved ones & checkin out Multiply entries over watchin matches whole-heartedly but still, i support them in spite of the distractions...shame on me but CONGRATS to the RED DEVILS!

Oh and congrats too to the Rocker Dude! Not that i've been a follower of American Idol but it's abt time a rocker dude wins over a dude of boyband frontman potential (he reminds me of Shane from Westlife), right?

My ego was jolted when my mum poked my tummy 2 nites ago n said "ehhhh tengok tu...BUNCITnye!" yes i noe i have been blessed with too much good food and cursed with lower metabolism & greater inertia to exercise to have tis big paunch. attendin 4 out of 8 sessions of my iRun does not help either..hurhur. yeaps i am now scamperin to look for a dance class & have more badminton sessions at the court downstairs...hmmm.

it hit me again that the downside of an IXUS is it runs on a damn rechargeable batt instead of double AA batts. drats! but that aside, i'm lovin it! learnt how to execute colour swap & accent. fun fun!

 

 

may's zippin past too quickly, man and wow, tis is the 2nd last week end of the month! enjoy the week end & HAPPY GREAT SINGAPORE SALE shoppin to all shopaholics!
