Tis year I am repaying my fast on my own (usually I'll do so with Mak)...so i've wakin up at 4am & cookin up simple dishes for myself. I'm not very versatile with vege, been cookin carrots, cauliflower, french beans & some mushrooms here n there but come Ramadhan...i dun think my husband can withstand those day in day out, although I learnt that he can simply survive on cereals! Any easy peasy Sahur recipes to share anyone, preferably somethin soupy & not so spicy? Insya Allah I will try to keep up tis enthusiasm & keep my stove busy next month...
